Among our more recent site disposals is the site of the former Brighton / Eastbourne Garden Centre, which we sold to Sunrise Senior Living for a new 75 bedroom nursing home. In addition, the former Merrydown Plc site, just to the north of London, comprising 7.8 acres was sold by us to accommodate a new Business Park development of 175,000 sq ft.
